21st Annual Long Island Fight for Charity

Long Island’s Most Unique Charity Networking Event of the Year  

Monday November 23, 2026


 

Dear Friends,

 

Thank you for your interest in the 21st Annual Long Island Fight for Charity’s (FFC) Main Event that is taking place on Monday, November 23rd at the Hilton Long Island.   The FFC is a unique not-for-profit with a mission to raise funds for Long Island charities by inviting businesspeople to put on boxing gloves and get in the ring.  Before the Main Event, there will be networking for attendees to mix, mingle, and sample the food and beverages generously donated by Long Island establishments. 

 

Your donation of time, talent, and food and/or beverages plays an important role in the success of the event.  Because of partners like you, we have been able to give away over $2 million in funds to local charities since 2003. 

 

By committing your participation now, FFC will provide the following:

  • Official Announcement from FFC publicizing your participation 

  • Your logo and a link on the official FFC website 

  • Regular mentions and promotion in all FFC social media through the end of 2026

  • Your banner displayed at FFC Main Event 

  • Your logo and information will appear in the Long Island Business News Main Event Journal with exposure to over 1,200 business leaders who attend the Main Event plus LIBN subscribers 

  • Photos of your involvement at the FFC Main Event will be provided to you and potentially used in FFC advertising campaigns 

 

At the Main Event we ask that you:

  • Provide a “sampling” of your signature food and/or beverages for approximately 400 guests

  • Decorate your tabletop appropriately

  • Prominently display your promotional and marketing items such as banner, menus, business cards, flyers 

  • Provide a chef and/or staff to serve our guests (Hilton staff must serve beverages with alcohol.)

  • Bring serving utensils, chafing dishes, sternos, cups (if necessary) and anything else you require 

  • Please arrive to the Hilton by 3:30 p.m. and be set up by 4:15 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.  Late arrivals will not be guaranteed a table in the Main Event room.

 

The Hilton Long Island will provide you with:

  • One six-foot draped table for your presentation

  • Plates, eating utensils and napkins

  • Food warmer upon request
