Some people wait for their comfort zone to feel too small before they step outside it. Brandon runs toward that edge on purpose.
As Sports Performance Coach and Director of Training at AMP Personal Training, Brandon has built his career around one belief: everyone has another level in them. He coaches youth athletes taking their first steps in a sport, professionals sharpening their edge, and adults rewriting what "healthy" looks like for their lives, meeting every single one of them exactly where they are, and pushing them exactly where they want to go.
He knows what it takes to compete, because he's lived it. A former Division 1 and Division 2 wrestler at LIU Post, Brandon fought for every inch on the mat — and became the first person in his family to graduate college. That same relentless drive now shows up in how he leads AMP's coaching staff, holding the bar high so every member gets the best experience possible, every single day.
But Brandon's biggest wins aren't measured in PRs. They're measured in people. He gives his time and energy to Jericho Cares, The Spina Bifida Association, and Achilles International — and right now, he's deep in training for the NYC Marathon, chasing 26.2 miles for the same reason he does everything else: because it matters to someone.
Stepping into the ring for Long Island Fight for Charity is Brandon doing what he does best: choosing the hard thing, on purpose, for a reason bigger than himself. He's ready to get uncomfortable, learn something new, and leave everything he has in the ring, all in support of a great cause.
