Pat “Packy Balboa - The Irish Banshee” Ryan is a senior care consultant and certified dementia practitioner at A Gentle Touch Senior Home Care in Babylon Village. Pat and his family are the owners of A Gentle Touch Senior Home Care, which services patients on Long Island from Manhattan to Montauk. Pat is committed to providing the highest-quality compassionate care to patients in services, including Compassion Care, Personal Care, Live-in Care and In-Home Health Care.
Pat is humbly “fighting” this year for all of his clients and the families battling the difficulties associated with Dementia. Pat is grateful for the backing of his family, friends and clients allowing him to train hard and fight for a cause near and dear to his heart. He is proudly donating proceeds to the Long Island Alzheimer’s & Dementia Center located in Westbury.
He is also a member of the Senior Umbrella Network of Suffolk and Nassau, a multi-chapter organization of professionals from Long Island and the boroughs who serve older adults and the disabled. Pat works closely alongside The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center, the Long Island Alzheimer's and Dementia Center, the Homecare Resource group.
A former Division 1 Lacrosse Player at Jacksonville University, Pat played professional lacrosse for the New York Lizards. He received his bachelor's degree in marketing and Entrepreneurship from Jacksonville University.
Pat was born and raised in West Islip, NY. Pat is the oldest of five siblings with his twin brother, Jack. In his free time, Pat enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycles and spending time with his girlfriend Gianna, family, friends and his small army of golden retrievers.
