Esperanza Viera

Jones Hollow Realty Group

"The Truth"

Born and residing in Bay Shore and proud Brentwood alum, Esperanza graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cortland University in 2015. Her passion for service and helping others has been a driving force throughout her career, enabling her to become a skilled communicator and negotiator who always puts her clients' needs first.

Starting as a part-time realtor while working at Good Samaritan Hospital and later with the American Cancer Society, Esperanza shifted her focus entirely to real estate in 2021. She joined Jones Hollow Realty Group, a firm that mirrors her values and fosters a family-oriented environment. Jones Hollow’s community-first approach, aligned with her dedication to providing exceptional, personalized service, makes her a standout in the field.

Outside of real estate, Esperanza is no stranger to fighting for the causes that matter. Through her relationships with the Long Island Elite, she got connected with this challenge with a cause and is now taking her passion to the boxing ring for the Long Island Fight for Charity. This November, she’ll be donning her gloves for the first time to raise funds for families in need and Eden II, a nonprofit serving individuals with autism.

Although new to the sport of boxing, Esperanza is training hard to bring the same dedication and discipline to the ring that she brings to her clients. Just as in real estate—where she tirelessly advocates for her buyers and sellers—Esperanza is determined to make every punch count for a worthy cause. Her participation in the event is not only a testament to her fighting spirit but also to her commitment to bettering her community.

Through her involvement with the Long Island Fight for Charity, Esperanza is proving that whether negotiating a home sale or stepping into the ring, she is ready to fight for what matters.
