Melissa Itoh is a Senior Project Manager at Achieve IT Solutions (ERP Software), in Port Jefferson, a leading provider of SAP based business management solutions. Professionally, she is a member of the PMI (Project  Management Institute) and PMI’s Long Island Chapter.

Melissa “Bone Crusher” Itoh is no stranger to the sport of boxing. She is a  volunteer coach at Heavy Hitters Boxing Gym, in Ronkonkoma, and a USA Boxing level 1 certified coach. “Boxing is a sport that keeps me in shape both  physically and mentally. The Fight for Charity mission is very important to a lot  of people on Long Island that are facing hard times. Volunteering to be one of  the boxers seemed like the natural thing to do. Boxing in the Main Event will  be a rewarding experience in many ways,” said Melissa “Bone Crusher” Itoh.

Melissa is a Hofstra University alumna and former Division 1 softball player. She resides in West Babylon.
