Miguel "The Manilla Gorilla" Roxas is a Corporate Manager with Northwell Health's FlexStaff division, where he recruits, onboards, and staffs physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives, and CRNAs for Northwell and its healthcare partners. 

A graduate of Stony Brook University with a degree in Health Science concentrating in Healthcare Management, Miguel was also a four-year student-athlete, playing defensive tackle for the Seawolves football team.

A devoted husband and father of two daughters, Miguel is stepping into the ring to demonstrate the value of giving back to the community and supporting meaningful causes. Inspired by the belief that "Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth," he wants his participation in Long Island Fight for Charity to demonstrate to his daughters the importance of helping others and making a positive difference in the community. 

During his free time, Miguel enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his family.  He is a resident of Babylon.
