Ralph is a Senior Vice President with Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, where he advises organizations on lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and overall portfolio strategy. His work is rooted in a tenant- and occupier-focused approach, giving clients the benefit of conflict-free representation and strategic guidance tailored to their specific needs.

A meaningful part of Ralph’s practice includes serving not-for-profit organizations, whose space needs often require a careful balance of mission, budget, flexibility, and timing.

In addition to his brokerage work, Ralph is active in industry leadership. He serves as President of CIBS Long Island, the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s professional standards, member engagement, and strategic direction. His leadership reflects a broader commitment to strengthening the Long Island commercial real estate community and supporting the next generation of brokers. He is also a member of SIOR, one of the industry’s most respected professional designations, underscoring his expertise and credibility in the office and industrial sectors.
