
Andres Nerone is the U.S. Managing Principal of the Paladin Solutions Group, a consulting firm that offfers specialized professional services to the domestic and international financial services industry. He has lived and worked in London and Tokyo. He has a passion for identifying and solving problems for his clients.
An active member of his community, Andrew hopes to directly serve others through his participation as a Fight for Charity Boxer. He has never been one to shy away from a challenge, especially for a good cause.“Adversity does not build character, it reveals it.” Though a lifelong fan of the sport, this will be his first boxing match in public.
“There is nothing that compares to boxing when it comes to staying physically and mentally sharp. Facing an opponent is like making moves in a chess game – strategized in your mind but executed with your body. Tenacity and mental toughness are important traits to develop for the ring…and in life. I have a lot of respect for all the people who follow demanding callings like becoming a teacher, firefighter, police offieer or member of the armed forces,” said Andrew.
Andrew earned graduate degrees from St. John's University, Adelphi University and Pace University. He lives in Syosset with his wife Victoria and thier children, Nicholas and Veronica.
