Rhonda Klch, President of Equity First LLC, operates a small boutique  financial firm that focuses on individuals and businesses in financial  distress. Rhonda and her staff help their clients “fight” their way through  their financial hiccups. Rhonda is strapping her boxing gloves on for the first time in her life to support the LIFFC. Rhonda plans to give it her all in the Main Event, just like she does for her clients. Rhonda’s enthusiasm to support the LIFFC has been high ever since she decided to join with other  business professionals to train and focus on getting ready for the match of  her lifetime.

“Participating in this charitable event appealed to me because it was so unique and promises to be fun and physically challenging, especially at my age. I’ve met a lot of people and they share my passion for charity which is most rewarding,” said Rhonda.

Rhonda is a natural born leader who is generous in her support of the  nonprofit community. Rhonda is also the CEO of PEPP (Personal Equity  Protection Plan), in which she utilizes her network of business professionals  to help support her causes. Rhonda is also a member of the Advisory Board for the charity Friends for Karen: its mission is to fund-raise for families with critically ill children.

Rhonda, a resident of Mt. Sinai, is happily married with five beautiful boys: Edward, Daniel, Zachary, Jacob and Ryan. Her husband Stephen and their  five children are by far their mother’s biggest fan.
