Michael Graziose is the Vice President of both Graziose Plumbing and Heating, Inc. and The Valley Fireplace, two family-owned and -operated businesses, located in Locust Valley. Giving back to the  community is a Graziose family tradition that has been nurtured for generations. Michael is enthusiastic about training to get ready to show off  his boxing prowess and raise funds for local charities.

As a way of honoring his late father, Michael and his son decided to

start boxing. In his youth Michael watched boxing matches on TV with his father and wanted to try the sport someday. The opportunity came in January 2015 when Michael entered the Glen Cove Boxing Club. Since then, Michael has been training with Tony Cruceta; he has lost 37 pounds and is fully committed to a strict diet and a strenuous 6-day-a-wek workout.

For Michael, the decision to be a volunteer boxer in the Fight for Charity is giving him an opportunity to help individuals who are struggling and families with needs. Michael is supported by his neighbors and family friends, Michael and Jeanne Marie Ricigliano; he has promised he will train hard and push through any difficulties he may encounter.

"We all pay our cards differently.  Sometime you win; sometimes you lose! Life is not always about equality. The more you put in, the more you get out' it's simple math.  And remember, at the end of the day, we all bleed red!” Michael said.
