
Cathleen A. Healey-Frosina, CPA, holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Jonis Realty/Citi-Urban Management Corporation. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate – Graduate Program, teaching courses in real estate valuation, accounting and taxation. Cathleen’s exemplary career, providing accounting and financial services to the real estate industry, spans over 25 years.
In addition to her professional career as a CPA and educator, Cathleen is a dedicated volunteer who regularly donates her time to not-for-profit organizations. She is Co-Founder and Vice-President of Spirits Up Corp., an organization founded in memory of her late husband, J.P. Frosina. This charity encourages research and development in the field of "germ cell cancer" and other rare cancers. It also champions the cause of autism and helps provide autistic children with the opportunity of higher education. Cathleen has served on the boards of nonprofit organizations dedicated to the needs of children around the world.
